Is this just another Pomodoro timer?

No. Pomodoro is a fixed 25/5 timer invented in 1980 with a kitchen timer. Flow reads your HRV and sleep, then adapts each session's length to your real-time biology. When you're locked in at minute 47, Flow extends. When your heart-rate variability drops, Flow nudges you to rest before you burn out.

How is this different from Motion or Reclaim?

Motion and Reclaim are calendar-scheduling tools — they tell you when to do tasks. Flow tells you when to focus based on your energy. They schedule. We coach.

What if I don't have an Apple Watch?

Flow works without a watch — we use your calendar, manual check-ins, and pattern history. With a watch (Apple, Pixel, Galaxy, Fitbit), the plan gets sharper week-over-week.

Will my health data stay private?

Yes. HRV and sleep data live on your device through Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect. Aggregated, anonymized signals (peak window, recovery score) are sent to our server only when you trigger a plan. We don't sell data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and you can delete your account — and every byte of data with it — from inside the app.

When does the app launch?

Is Flow available on Android and iOS?

Both. Flow is built cross-platform from day one. Google Play ships first, Apple App Store follows within a few weeks. Apple Watch, Pixel Watch, and Galaxy Watch 6+ are all supported for HRV signal — if you don't wear a watch, Flow falls back to a calendar-only plan with slightly less precision.
